However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Our Contract/Agreement:

 

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. We will confirm our acceptance of your offer either through an e-mail / SMS or through shipment of the items you requested. Upon placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with details (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. Our acceptance to your offer takes place and the contract of sale for a product ordered by you concludes only upon actual dispatch of products to you and an e-mail confirmation in that regard is sent to you (the "Dispatch E-mail"). We, at our sole discretion, reserve our right to limit the quantity of items and cancel any order, even after acceptance.

Pactrum Packs has completed right to accept or reject an order placed online. No act or omission of Pactrum Packs prior to actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute an acceptance of your offer. You agree not to dispute the decision of Pactrum in this regard.

PRICE & PAYMENT POLICY

 

Price Policy:

Prices and taxes thereon in respect of all products are subject to change from time to time, without prior notice by Pactrum Packs. We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on our website.

Payment Policy:

 

Pactrum Packs offers you multiple payment options both online and offline however Pactrum Packs reserves its right to add or delete any mode of payment without any prior notice.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched from our delivery point, an email or an SMS will be sent to you on the email address and mobile number provided by you under "Billing Address" and Order placed with Us. You can track your order online by the ID Tracking number sent to you by us on your Mobile/Email ID.

 

Delivery/Shipping Policy:

Delivery Timelines:

Majority of our orders are handed over to our logistics partners within 36 working hours of your order placed. For customized printed orders, once we receive your written approval of the artwork, it will take an additional 10 working days for printing.

We will make every effort to get your order delivered to you within 3-7 business days after your product is dispatched from our warehouse. An email confirmation would be sent to you with the tracking details of the shipment. You may track your order with the respective logistics partner.

“Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable”: Due to the nature of the items, custom or Made-To-Order items are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective from the manufactures end.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 72 hours of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

Orders placed wrongly by the consumer can be exchanged with the right product, all costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall be bared by the consumer.

No refunds will be claimed for the wrong / twice order placed.

Consumer eligible for refund, it will take 7-10 days to process the refund after confirmed by the customer support team.

In case of any change in shipping address customer needs to notify info@pactrum.com within 12 hours of order placed, prior to it cost of relocating the package from existing destination to new destination will be borne by the customer.

If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at info@pactrum.com  within 72 working hours, so we can help serve you better.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

 

In order to get exchange the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within five (5) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.

Exchange on wrong order placed, all costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by customer.
